This refreshing mandarin orange dip is an easy idea for a playdate snack! Greek yogurt and Neufchatel make a creamy dip that's delicious with graham cracker dippers.
Each serving of this creamy dip provides a good source of vitamin C from the oranges.

Makes 12 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 8 graham rectangles each.
Beat first 3 ingredients with mixer until blended.
Drain oranges, reserving 2 Tbsp. liquid. Reserve 5 orange segments; chop remaining oranges.
Add chopped oranges and reserved liquid to Neufchatel mixture; stir until blended. Spoon into serving bowl; top with reserved oranges. Refrigerate 30 min.
Serve with graham rectangles.
