NUTTER BUTTER Peanut Butter Sweet Cheese Ball
Pick this make ahead dessert that is easy to prep and serve. This sweet peanut butter cheese ball takes only 20 minutes to prepare.
Ingredient list
- NUTTER BUTTER Cookies (peanut shape), divided
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 3 Tbsp. EACH chocolate and orange sprinkles
Directions
Chop 6 cookies; set aside.
Beat cream cheese and peanut butter in medium bowl with mixer until well blended. Add sugar; mix well. Stir in chopped cookies.
Spoon cream cheese mixture onto large sheet of plastic wrap. Use plastic wrap to help shape cream cheese mixture into ball; wrap tightly.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Unwrap cheese ball; reshape as necessary to form a round ball. Coat with sprinkles. Transfer to serving plate.
Serve with additional NUTTER BUTTER Cookies.
