Makes 1-1/2 cups dip or 12 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 16 pieces.
Cheesy Bacon "Fun-due"
Serve the most fun appetizer with our "fun-due" which includes a cheese dip made from scratch and flavored with bacon. All you need is WHEAT THINS for dipping!
Ingredient list
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
- WHEAT THINS Original Snacks
Directions
Melt butter in medium saucepan on medium heat; stir in flour. Cook and stir 2 min. Whisk in broth and lemon juice; bring to boil. Cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until thickened. Remove from heat.
Add cheeses and bacon; stir until cheeses are melted.
Serve with WHEAT THINS.
