Mustard-Brie Amandine
This warm wheel of Brie cheese, topped with honey mustard, orange marmalade and toasted almonds, makes a simple, yet elegant, appetizer.
Ingredient list
- 2 Tbsp. honey mustard
- 1 Tbsp. orange marmalade
- 1 Brie cheese wheel (8 oz.)
- 2 Tbsp. sliced almonds, toasted
- RITZ Crackers
Directions
Mix mustard and marmalade until blended.
Place cheese on microwaveable serving plate; spread with mustard mixture.
Microwave on HIGH 20 to 30 sec. or just until cheese is slightly softened.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Serve with crackers.
