Ingredient list
- ½ tsp. ground cumin
- ¼ tsp. chili powder
- ⅛ tsp. kosher salt
- ½ lb. chicken tenders
- 24 RITZ Crackers
- 4 cocktail tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices
- ¼ cup guacamole
Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients in shallow dish. Add chicken tenders, 1 at a time; turn to evenly coat both sides of each tender with seasoning.
Cook in grill pan sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 4 min. on each side or until done. Cool.
Cut chicken into 24 pieces. Top crackers with tomatoes, chicken and guacamole just before serving.
