Italian RITZwich
Channel your inner Italian cook when you whip up these quick, easy and incredibly delicious appetizers with tomato, pesto and fresh mozzarella all on a RITZ Cracker.
Ingredient list
- 48 RITZ Crackers
- 6 cocktail tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices
- ¼ cup basil pesto
- 4 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 24 slices
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F.
Place 24 crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with tomatoes, pesto and cheese.
Bake 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
Top with remaining crackers to make 24 sandwiches.
