TRISCUIT Caprese Ghost Bites
Halloween party? Scare your friends with these fun - and slightly spooky - appetizers made with fresh tomatoes, pesto and fresh mozzarella all on a TRISCUIT!
Ingredient list
- 12 TRISCUIT Crackers
- 3 Tbsp. basil pesto
- 3 cherry tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices
- 2 bocconcini (1-inch fresh mozzarella cheese balls), each cut into 6 slices
- 3 pitted black olive slices, each cut into 4 pieces
Directions
Spread crackers with pesto.
Top with tomatoes and cheese.
Add olive pieces for the ghosts' eyes.
