WHEAT THINS Creamy Fiesta Taco Dip
Taco dip is always a crowd favorite! You can up your appetizer game with our creamy taco seasoned dip topped with cheddar-Jack cheese and lots of fresh veggies.
Ingredient list
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Neufchatel cheese, softened
- ½ cup plain nonfat Greek-style yogurt
- ¼ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. reduced-sodium taco seasoning mix
- ½ cup reduced-fat shredded reduced-fat cheddar-Jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 small tomato, seeded, chopped
- 2 mini sweet peppers, chopped
- 1 green onion, sliced
- WHEAT THINS Original Snacks
Directions
Beat Neufchatel cheese, yogurt, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix in medium bowl with mixer until well blended.
Spoon into shallow serving dish.
Top with all remaining ingredients except WHEAT THINS.
Serve with WHEAT THINS.
