Celebrate Christmas with this festive tree shaped charcuterie board! Using pre-sliced cheeses and meat makes this easy to make - even your kids can help!

Makes 4 servings.
Cut each cheese slice into quarters. Reserve 1 pepper Jack cheese slice quarter for later use. Cut all remaining cheese quarters diagonally in half to make triangles.
Place 1 cracker a few inches from the bottom edge of a large cheese board or tray for the tree trunk. Place remaining crackers, cheese triangles and pepperoni slices in alternating rows above the tree trunk to resemble a Christmas tree as shown in photo.
Cut reserved pepper Jack cheese quarter into a star and place at top of tree.
Add olive slices and parsley for the tree's decorations.
