Favorite flavors of fall come together in this quick 10 minute party appetizer. Crisp apples, crunchy nuts and maple syrup all flavor this cream cheese spread.

Makes 14 servings, 2 Tbsp. spread, 6 crackers and about 2 apple slices each.
Cut apples into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Chop enough of the apple slices to measure 2/3 cup; toss with the nuts. Reserve remaining apple slices for later use.
Place brick of Neufchatel cheese on serving plate; top with apple mixture.
Drizzle with syrup.
Serve with crackers and reserved apple slices.
