For a great appetizer dip for watching the big game, start with purchased BBQ pulled pork and add flavor within cooked veggies, sour cream and melted cheese.

Makes 24 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 13 chips each.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Cook peppers and onions in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add meat, sour cream, lime zest, lemon juice and 1/2 cup cheese; mix well.
Spoon into 1-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining cheese.
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through.
Serve with chips.
