A BLT is everyone's favorite summer sandwich - and these mini cracker sandwiches translate those fresh flavors into appetizer bites full of bacon, tomato and pesto.
Ingredient list
- 48 RITZ Crackers
- 8 cooked center-cut bacon slices, each cut into 3 pieces
- 4 cocktail tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices
- ¼ cup basil pesto
Directions
Top 24 crackers with bacon, tomatoes and pesto.
Cover with remaining crackers to make 24 sandwiches.
