RITZ Caramel Toffee Snack Mix

Makes 20 servings, about 1/2 cup each.

Ingredient list

1 pkg. (8.1 oz.) RITZ Toasted Chips Original
1 cup pecan halves
1 cup sliced almonds
½ cup butter
½ cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray.

Combine RITZ Chips and nuts; spread onto prepared baking sheet.

Bring butter and brown sugar to boil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Simmer over medium-low heat 2 min., stirring frequently. Remove saucepan from heat. Stir in cinnamon.

Pour butter mixture over RITZ Chips mixture on baking sheet; stir to evenly coat chips mixture with butter mixture.

Bake 8 to 10 min. or until snack mix is lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Cool completely.
